By accessing, registering on, or using the pa67 platform available at pa67.org, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with pa67's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pa67 with respect to your use of the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using pa67 and close your account by contacting customer support.

pa67 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, pa67 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account prior to the effective date of the change.

Access to pa67 and all services offered on the platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of a third party;
• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform;
• You are accessing pa67 in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of pa67 or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or payment processors;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from pa67 or had your account closed by pa67 for a breach of these Terms.

pa67 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point during a player's use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

To access the full range of pa67 services, including deposits, betting, casino play, and withdrawals, you must create a registered account by completing the registration process at pa67.org. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address.

One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one pa67 account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pa67 will:

• Close all accounts associated with that individual;
• Cancel any pending bonus balances and associated winnings;
• Withhold any withdrawals pending verification review;
• Apply a permanent ban from re-registering on the pa67 platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that all registration information remains accurate and up to date. You may update your account details by contacting pa67 customer support. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes fraud and may be reported to relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pa67 login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. pa67 will never ask you to share your password with a customer support representative or any other party.

You must:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other website or application;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistani mobile number where this option is available in your account settings;
• Log out of your pa67 account when accessing the platform from a shared or public device;
• Notify pa67 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

All activity that occurs under your pa67 account credentials — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — shall be deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have reported a compromise of your credentials to pa67 prior to the activity in question occurring. pa67 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

pa67 accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL internet banking, UBL digital banking, Meezan Bank transfers, and 1LINK / OTC channels. All deposit transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Minimum deposit: Rs 200 per transaction. There is no platform-side processing fee on any deposit method; however, your mobile wallet or bank may apply its own transaction charges, for which pa67 accepts no responsibility.

The following deposit conditions apply:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name and linked to your pa67 account. Third-party deposits — where the sender's name does not match the pa67 account holder's registered name — will be reversed and the associated pa67 account flagged for review.
• Deposits are credited to your pa67 account balance in real time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast may take up to 30 minutes to reflect during peak processing windows.
• pa67 reserves the right to reject any deposit and return the funds to the source account if the deposit is suspected to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Withdrawal requests from your pa67 account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the KYC verification requirements outlined in Section 3. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast are typically completed within 1–3 business hours. pa67 does not guarantee processing times during periods of high transaction volume, public holidays, or scheduled maintenance windows.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where:

• KYC verification has not been completed or documents provided are insufficient;
• The account has active bonus balances with outstanding wagering requirements;
• The withdrawal amount exceeds the account's verified withdrawal limit pending enhanced verification;
• The account is under review for suspected fraud, AML, or breach of these Terms;
• The withdrawal request was submitted within 24 hours of a first-time deposit without any gameplay activity having occurred (indicative of bonus farming or payment processing misuse).

pa67 reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests above PKR 50,000 per transaction, which may require submission of additional documentation beyond standard KYC requirements.

pa67 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP programme rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time the offer is made, and those specific terms take precedence over the general bonus provisions in this section where any conflict arises.

General bonus conditions applicable to all pa67 promotions:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's dedicated terms page.
• Bonuses credited to your pa67 account expire if the associated wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit.

• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the pa67 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours, cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period, and will be enforced across all pa67 services.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pa67 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one pa67 account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the pa67 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose;
• Employing bots, automated betting software, artificial intelligence systems, or any other automated tool to interact with pa67's platform without express written authorisation;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or RNG vulnerabilities — any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or live table game formats;
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP obfuscation method to circumvent geographic restrictions or access controls on the pa67 platform;
• Engaging in any form of chargeback fraud by disputing legitimate pa67 deposits with your payment provider;
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward pa67 customer support staff or other players in any shared platform environment.

pa67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where such action is required to comply with regulatory, legal, or licensing obligations.

Upon account closure initiated by pa67 for cause:

• Any real-money balance (excluding bonus balances) remaining in the account will be returned to the player's verified payment method following the completion of any outstanding investigations;
• Bonus balances, free spins, and any winnings derived from bonus play that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited;
• pa67 will provide written notice of the closure reason to the extent permitted by applicable law and regulatory obligations.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pa67 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 3 business days. Any outstanding withdrawal requests will be completed prior to final account closure.

All content on the pa67 platform — including but not limited to the pa67 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, imagery, and marketing materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of pa67 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pa67 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pa67 content without express written permission;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any pa67 software;
• Use the pa67 name, logo, or branding in any commercial context, affiliate programme, or third-party publication without a signed licensing agreement;
• Frame or scrape any portion of the pa67 website for any purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pa67 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pa67 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity, even if pa67 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pa67's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player into their pa67 account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pa67 does not warrant that:

• The platform will be available without interruption, delay, or error at all times;
• Any technical fault, game error, or payment processing delay will be resolved within a specified timeframe;
• The platform will be free from malware, viruses, or other harmful components originating outside of pa67's direct control.

If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of the pa67 platform, you should follow the steps below in sequence before escalating to any external authority:

• Step 1 – Contact Support: Submit your complaint to pa67 customer support by emailing [email protected] with full details of the dispute, including your account username, the date and time of the event in question, and any supporting screenshots or transaction references.
• Step 2 – Formal Review: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction by first-line customer support within 5 business days, request escalation to pa67's formal dispute review team by replying to the original support ticket.
• Step 3 – Regulatory Escalation: If the dispute remains unresolved following pa67's internal review process, you have the right to escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body under whose jurisdiction pa67 holds its international gaming license. pa67 will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or mediation process.

These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pa67 holds its primary gaming license. You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

pa67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time in order to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform features, or business practices. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at pa67.org/terms-conditions.

Where pa67 makes material changes to these Terms — particularly changes that affect player rights, payment conditions, bonus eligibility, or dispute resolution mechanisms — pa67 will notify registered players at least 7 calendar days prior to the effective date of such changes, via the email address or mobile number registered to the player's account.

Your continued use of the pa67 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using pa67 and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
